Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Semi-strong lavender aroma – with honey and single fleshy-apple notes also present.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Quick sensation of strong lavender tastes with honey – followed by smooth, creamy apples.
After Taste: Lavender builds further into the aftertaste but is not overpowering.  Aftertaste dissipates quickly, to leave you with a light floral taste. Hints of lemon like characteristics as the honey, apple and lavender mix and linger on the palate.
On ice: Cuts a bit of the carbonation and flavour, but overall very similar.

Additional Notes: A light floral lavender (which thankfully isn’t soapy as some lavender flavoured items are) and honey apple cider, this Collective Arts Cider has a clean apple taste with balanced adjunct elements. This cider is on the creamier side of things, that is easy to consume and it would also refresh on a hot day. Modern in taste and feel, with enough tannins and depth to not stray from being craft.

  1. I started drinking your product last summer and fell in love with it but it is no longer available at my community liquor store in Innisfil (Alcona). Can you please clarify what LCBO stores in my area still carry your product?

    Thank you kindly

    • Hello Nadia,

We are just a review blog so it is not out product. However, you can check the LCBO website for inventory at all stores.
